  • How can I exchange or return an online purchase items?
    You have 30 days from the dispatch date of your order to make exchanges and returns. Choose the type of return that best suits your needs.
  • How and when will I receive my refund?
    Refunds are made using the same payment method used to purchase. Timings vary depending on the type of return you have chosen. From collection point: Your parcel may take up to 6 working days to arrive at our warehouse. Once there, after checking the items, we will process the refund within 48 hours (working days). We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the refund has been issued. You will then receive the amount in your account within 3 to 12 working days, depending on your bank.
  • What are the return conditions?
    Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Some items cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons adhering to manufacture's policies. Items that you have personalized or altered cannot be exchanged or returned because they are made exclusively for you and cannot be offered for sale again. Gift cards are also non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
  • Can I request a price adjustment?
    It is possible to request a one-time price adjustment of the difference between the price paid and the current selling price within 14 days from the date of purchase. If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we will process your refund in the form of the original payment. This policy is only valid for the first mark down. Please note that promotional sale prices are not permanent price changes and are excluded from this guarantee.
